Overview

About Jalori Pass

Jalori Pass is about 3,120 m high and is often described as the highest motorable pass in Kullu district. It links the Banjar side (Jibhi, Shoja) with Anni and the Sutlej side of Outer Seraj. The pass has a small Kali temple and tea stalls. Two walks start here: an east trail of about 5 km to Serolsar Lake, and a shorter climb west to the ruins of Raghupur Fort. The road is narrow and steep near the top, and it is often closed by snow from about December to March or April.
