How we rank products
These are the factors that decide the order of products in our shop. We do not manipulate results to mislead you.
- Relevance
- When you search, products whose title and description best match your words come first. Sponsored products never change search results.
- Your chosen sort
- Price, best selling, newest and name sorts are applied exactly as chosen, with no paid placement mixed in.
- Default order
- Without a search or sort, products follow the order set by the marketplace team, then newest first.
- Sponsored placement
- Sellers can pay for placement on the default shop listing only. Every such product carries a visible "Sponsored" label.
- Seller featured picks
- On a seller's own shop page, the seller may pin products to the top. These are labelled "Featured".
- Availability
- Only published products from open shops are listed. Sold-out items stay visible and are clearly marked.
- Filters
- Collection, type, tag and price filters narrow the list; they never re-order it.
